Ultimately, staging is less about the rental space and more about the emotional response it elicits from potential guests. Setting up the unit is about ensuring that you have enough linens, plates, silverware, cups & glasses for the number of people the rental sleeps. Making sure that you will have anything and everything a guest could need during their stay goes a long way for 5 star reviews. A common mistake is having to much which tends to take up space and makes things look cluttered.
